Full Moons offer us an opportunity to see something normally unconscious or hidden.
As the Moon moves directly across the Sun, the sunlight illuminates what has been going on beneath the surface.

Full Moons are the peak moment of the lunar cycle: they facilitate emotional releases and come with a sense of culmination or closure. These events offer us the chance to integrate what we have learned and encourage us to let go of what no longer serves our growth.

On a Full Moon, the Sun and the Moon are in an exact opposition, a 180º degree angle. Oppositions are aspects of awareness, revelation, and clarity.

When two celestial bodies directly face one another, we have an opportunity to see with greater precision both ourselves in the other and the other in ourselves.
